ISLAMABAD , May 2, 2023: Supreme Court will hear petitions against Supreme Court Practise and Procedure Bill 2023 today.
Chief Justice Supreme Court of Paskistan Umer Ata Bandial will lead the bench, both the sides will present their pleas in front of court today.
Attorney General, representatives of Pakistan bar and Supreme Court bar will also participate in the hearing. Previously, the SCP halted implementation of the bill on April 13.
